Telehealth for Remote Appointements

Face-to-face visits are typically preferred but if you are unable to come to our office due to COVID, other illness, or transport issues, routine appointments can be arranged via Athena telehealth (video links are sent to you by text or email).

Hospital follow-up appointments, acute concerns, and long-term follow-up appointments are available.

Of note, annual wellness appointments CANNOT be done via telehealth, as insurance payers typically refuse coverage; copay should be collected prior to the appointment.

The telehealth visits will be billed similarly to a regular visit; copays apply.
