New Patients Only Call
Tired of barely making introductions before your doctor is sprinting out of the room?
It is tough to provide comprehensive, relationship-based care when too many appointments are jammed into a small window of time.
We believe that appointments should last long enough to address all your concerns, so that is how we set them up.
By keeping our patient membership smaller than typical big-box clinics, we reserve time every day for short notice needs that pop up.
If you need to be seen, you will be.
If you need a face-to-face visit, you will get one. If your issue can easily be handled by email or phone, we’ll do that too.
No need to lose paycheck hours or spend money on gas if the appropriate level of care can be provided an easier way.
We will do your lab draws at the clinic to save you time and money, then send the labs out for evaluation at an independent, certified
lab group – MUCH cheaper than going to a hospital-based laboratory. Results will be available promptly on the patient portal.
For our direct primary care patients, we have negotiated “professional courtesy rates” lower even than typical cash rates; this
means the clinic will pay the lab very reduced rates on your behalf and you can reimburse us afterwards.
We will utilize independent imaging companies when allowed by your insurance company to offer you reduced rates for imaging studies.
As independent groups not owned by a hospital system, they do NOT charge add-on hospital “facility fees.
They can offer reduced rates to lower your cash out of pocket.
